My Only Christmas Decoration...

For the past years of my 12-year old life my mom has never (I mean NEVER) put up a Christmas decoration. My mom, my brother, my step-dad and I never celebrated Christmas. I don't really know why but my mom never does. BUT! Now my mom DID put up a Christmas decoration: an angel. Mom sees everyone around us putting Christmas decoration and she was tired of being the only house that didn't shine in the block of houses. Besides, Mom loves and believes in angels. She always reminds me that angels are around us all the time. This angel is really a sight! (to me) Every night we put aside the window curtain and light it up. Here are some pictures of my angel. As you can see the angel did not come out clear because of its bright protection of evil spirits :D...

U kn0- after my recent week of hellacious events I was cornered by my uncle and the church members about a few things i needed to hear lol.. They were speaking of how xmas is so glamerous and not really what it should be - wich is jesus birthday. people just want to get gifts and only give to who they think will give back. It's the time of season to bless the lord and give to who cannot afford to give back. yakidy yakidy yak i love the lights tho they are so pretty! i keep a line of blue lights w/garland above my kitchen cabinets.. beeeutiful!

Well when I was taking pictures of my Mom's angel, she said that Jesus wasn't born in December or Christmas. But when my Mom was explaining it to my brother, I kinda zoned out...

Heh heh!!! My Dad had a blow-up Santa and it popped because of the wind... Or I hrt to much :lol:
