1bluebox or two

our senses and why

some of you will remember the post about the hats and shoes we wear .... this blog post is along the same lines, except takes it a bit further

i thought about favorite colors and why
i thought about preferences in textures and why
i thought about tastes in fruits and vegetables and why

my favorite colors are blue, green, and purple -- but i like red and yellow too ...

i prefer cotton rather than nylon -- but silk is nice too ...

most fruits are very good and many vegetables too, but a good steak is the best in my opinion.

the true question is 'why'

the answer i don't always know, the ... 'why'

because i like it that way, because that is how i feel, because!

what are your answers, what makes you (why) decide?

i request you add to the questions that we ask ourselves and why.

bath water should be hot, unless you are in a natural spring -- think i should visit florida again!

goes along the same lines as ........journey through the storm

If I say I like a certain color, then I'll see two others that are brilliant. I like turquoise, magenta, lime green, blue-green, blue-violet....the list goes on. I think it depends on what I'm looking at.

Living in the desert all these years, I yearn to see water. That's all I've been thinking of the last month. I want to see the ocean and walk in the wet sand. It's so simple. Why don't I do it? Money.

I would like to live by the water and sheltered from it- though I am a good hour from the sea - I think the why comes from my early days living on my granddads property above the bay.....bought for 2,000 pound sold for 4 and now two spanish villas dwell on that property so there lies the why of my innate dream to live by the water

WHY do I prefer to swim in fresh water than salt, float rather than the crashing waves, why do I like climb on rocks unsteady than sand the why for the later is probably because I hate the grit and was tumbled by a wave when younger - I think there is usually a why out there for those who search, but some searching so exhaustive for small measure of gain...so some things a just best to appreciate and accept....

maree, there is a talent in a painter and i suspect you have a talent that no one can touch -- i only write this because you have touched me and i haven't known you online for very long.

may the colors be vibrant and variant at the same time my friend!
