our senses and why

i thought about favorite colors and why
i thought about preferences in textures and why
i thought about tastes in fruits and vegetables and why
my favorite colors are blue, green, and purple -- but i like red and yellow too ...
i prefer cotton rather than nylon -- but silk is nice too ...
most fruits are very good and many vegetables too, but a good steak is the best in my opinion.
the true question is 'why'
the answer i don't always know, the ... 'why'
because i like it that way, because that is how i feel, because!
what are your answers, what makes you (why) decide?
i request you add to the questions that we ask ourselves and why.
bath water should be hot, unless you are in a natural spring -- think i should visit florida again!

Living in the desert all these years, I yearn to see water. That's all I've been thinking of the last month. I want to see the ocean and walk in the wet sand. It's so simple. Why don't I do it? Money.

WHY do I prefer to swim in fresh water than salt, float rather than the crashing waves, why do I like climb on rocks unsteady than sand the why for the later is probably because I hate the grit and was tumbled by a wave when younger - I think there is usually a why out there for those who search, but some searching so exhaustive for small measure of gain...so some things a just best to appreciate and accept....

maree, there is a talent in a painter and i suspect you have a talent that no one can touch -- i only write this because you have touched me and i haven't known you online for very long.
may the colors be vibrant and variant at the same time my friend!
maybe you'll enjoy this view from the past --
