Hidden thoughts

What does one write when words that always rescue me when my mind feels suffocated fails me,they fail to express into writing what am feeling,what am going through. . . .i guess this is were u just get to write whatever and hope it makes sense but again u don't realy care if doesn't because u are not writing to impress anyone or explain to anyone. .u are just tryna make the words help your suffocated mind as nothing else can but in this case the words fail me too they don't want to hear me out,or give me a break here Aaaarrgghh! Who am i kidding here,why go on writing when its making things worse. . . .uh i end here its one of those Days. . .
