Put into a blender lots of ketchup (prefer huinz ketchup)
add milk and ice cubes into the blender
Blend until smooth

oh my god... i have stomachal problem hence i will never dare to make and drink it lol though i admit one thing, i'm crazy about eating ketchup, especially one with mushroom... whenever i eat fried chicken, i always eat one part chicken with 5 parts ketchup, lol.... oh, i'm drooling .... lol
