We are a group of people who want (or try to) take one photo everyday...365 days long.

we also recommend you have a close look at our Detailed Instructions for Posting Photos to make sure your photo album has been created in the right way

1. Take one (1) photo every day and post it in Your Album on the Photos Page
(NOT on the Blog Page - It will be removed immediately)

2. No more than one (1) photo may be posted in your Photo Album for Each Day of the Year
(Hence - 365 Photos, a photo for each day of the year - our Group Theme).

3. You May post more than one photo at one time as long as each photo is a DIFFERENT DAY.
(Sometimes we cannot upload photos every single day.)

4. Photos taken before you joined the 365 Photos Group should not be posted.

5. If no photos are uploaded to your album for more than a 30 day time period,
your Photo Album may be subject to removal. (See below: Albums or Posts Subject to Removal)
If no photos are uploaded to your album for more than a 60 days, your album will be
removed with no notice.

6. Your Photos must be Your Own Photographs, NOT image files or someone else’s photos.

ALBUMS OR POSTS SUBJECT TO REMOVAL:

BLANK ALBUMS:
New albums left blank for more than two (2) Days will be removed. We will assume you are having technical difficulties uploading and you can try it again later.

NO PHOTO UPLOADS FOR 30 DAYS:
One of the moderators will attempt to send you a message through your site on Opera.
If we do not receive a response within 10 days, the assumption will be you no longer wish to participate and your album will be removed

NO PHOTO UPLOADS FOR A PERIOD EXCEEDING 60 DAYS: (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ALBUMS THAT COMPLETED A FULL YEAR):
The assumption will be you are no longer participating and the album will be subject to removal with no notice.

If you have your Account Settings to accept message from friends only, we will post a brief comment in your album, letting you know that we have tried to contact you and asking that you re-read the rules.
If you are having problems such as a broken camera, technical problems or are traveling and are unable to post photos or have a question about the rules you can always message one of the moderators for help or post a new topic in the 365 Photos Forum, or add a comment to your album.


UNACCEPTABLE POST CONTENT:
Sexually explicit content, Foul Language or unacceptable posting behavior may be removed by the Moderators.
((Any problems or issues with Any Member are to be discussed using appropriate discretion by posting in the Forums in Moderators ONLY, Not in the Comments Fields. A message should be sent to the member to their own page outlining the problems and recommending corrective action.))


NONE OF THE PHOTOS CAN BE REPRODUCED, COPIED OR OTHERWISE USED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE OWNER. THEY ARE ALL UNDER THE BLANKET OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL, THEREFORE COPYRIGHT LAWS APPLY.

Rules

1. 365 Photos Group Theme is 1 SHOT FOR EVERY DAY IN THE YEAR. Include the date of your photo in the Description Field if no EXIF data appears.
2. Take A Picture Every Day, even if you can not post them on a daily basis.
3. You'll have to do so for a whole year, and if you don't upload a single picture for more than 60 days your album will be automatically deleted.
4. You May Not Post 2 or more photos taken on the Same Day, only 1 photo for each day of the year.
5. You must post YOUR OWN PHOTOS! NO SCREEN SHOTS of other peoples photos. This could result in an immediate BAN
