2009, August, nominations

1. Nominate pictures that were taken AND posted in 365 Photos in August_Photos
2. Please Do NOT nominate your own pictures. There are a lot of nice photos around!
3. You may Nominate two (2) different pictures (2 only please)
4. Try not to select photos that were already nominated.

WAY TO POST NOMINATED PHOTOS

go to the photo you are nominating
Go to the sidebar look for "Share this photo"
Chose "small photo" and copy the address,past it into the comment box.
Please add the name of the photo and the name of the photographer above the photo

Ex: "Osprey, by Lois"

If you are a lazy member and don't want spend your time looking album by album we have a easy way to find August photos here the link August_Photos...

I know we have agreed to upload in thumbnail size so good luck everyone

All according to earlier discussions, we will for this month try to nominate only 2 pictures.
All pictures are very nice and we are many active members, that means a lot of pictures.
So lets try this for this month. Good luck everyone.

This is tragic and sad!! When I join the group in April it was a fun and nice place to be a part of! What is happening, why do people leave??
I miss all the fun and stimulating converstions, the projects and there are very few who looks at pics and make comments!!If we try to visit eachothers albums moore often and comment and talk we maybe can find a way back to have a nice time again??!! You all here means a lot to me and have helped me to improve my photography and I do not want to loose any of you!
Can we work on it??

I'm with you Agneta... My appreciation for photography is much bigger after I joined this group!

Watching other albums gave me a lot of inspiration to take photos and observe the world with another look!

I must say that I haven't been making comments on others photos like I used to, maybe that's a wake up call for me too

)! We have to make more comments and turn on our communication! And maybe we start some new projects...
365 is a little calm and lazy this September. But don´t fall into despair, we are coming back

!

But we shouldn´t make too much pressure if a member needs a pause! I like the idea, that 365 is a place to relax from my real life in the rainy city (2 weeks no rain and I am supposed to stay at home!

) and wouldn´t want to see 365 as another source of stress. If a member needs a time to rest, we should give him a big hug, let the album open and wait for a very warm comeback!

Swen, i totally agree with you. let 356 as a place to relax. We should think positively,Stopping post new photo doesn't mean Leffe leave 365 forever. she's still a nice moderator and wonderful photographer of 365.

I agree with you and thank you for all nice words, friends and for yours beautiful comments at my album,but .. I leave definitively. This is for sure not big loss for this blog.I think that my photos never not been really important and integral part of 365 Project ..Simply not suit to this blog.

Nicky,how could you get this idea? every member in 365 are an important part of the group.i feel so sad when you say your leaving is not a big loss.you are wrong, Nicky, it's a big loss, we loss a photographer with a very special personality which is shown in her photos

Sorry to hear that Nikki!! And that you feel that way! The 365group is a group for all that like photo and all members and there photos are really important!We all have something to learn from every one of the others in this group!
I hope you will think this over and change your mind!
