VB 10: A Large Planet Orbiting a Small Star
Explanation:
Can a planet be as large as the star that it orbits? Recent observations have discovered that nearby Van Biesbroeck's star might have just such a large planet. Although VB 10 lies only about 20 light years away, it is a small red dwarf star so dim, at 17th magnitude, that a telescope is needed to see it. Van Biesbroeck's star was previously known for its rapid proper motion across the sky -- it moves so fast it could cross a full moon in only about 1,000 years. By noting a wiggle in VB 10's sky trajectory, astronomers were able to infer the existence of a planet several times the mass of Jupiter. Although the star VB 10 is perhaps 10 times more massive than the discovered planet VB 10b, the star is likely more highly compressed and so the two might be closely matched in size. Such a system is envisioned above with an artist's illustration. Since faint M-type stars like VB 10 are so common, planetary systems surrounding them, including planets larger than their parent star, might be more common than planetary systems like our own Solar System.

O.W.C., DUBMASTER PhD, Opera
Hi All
~ To my friends who enjoy O.W.C.... Thankyou!
Well, i've been badgering away on this one for days it seems, i don't like to skite, i am a kiwi after all
But i will blow my own trumpet,
because O.W.C. has been my mission for months! I love it, i think Opera/MyOpera has so many facets and levels to which one can continue to learn it really is quite phenomenal. Go Opera!
This in mind, my point! ... i feel that motivated friendly groups here at MyOpera is a very very fine 'ting indeed. Due to the complexities of such advanced learning, imo Opera/MyOpera groups are worth their weight in gold to Opera, as it allows people to meet and grow. Moreover, especially to see others discussing Opera in it's entirety with good gusto and vigour as to to have members inspired!
All i have truly wanted is to inspire others to use 'The Best Web Experience On The Planet' and to see as many as possible join The MyOpera Community
I have worked to see the Opera Browses installed and used on desktops thurought Aotearoa, hell, i've installed Opera on one floor of the local hospital
Opera Education is the key for me. To use Opera and work smarter as you study, is true testement to how unique and innovative Opera Browser ~ Software ~ MyOpera ~ OperaMini ~ OperaDevices etc etc etc..... is! I continue towards my goal to ensure Te Wananga o Aotearoa and Auckland Uni's respectfully will use Opera in all labs across Campus Sites.
And i will be updating my efforts Opera Campus Crew wise, regularly from now to Christmas
It's an interesting time. Te Wananga O Aotearoa has just recently upgraded their systems to CISCO
Will keep ya posted
Thanks For Reading
