Nice website about Melita coffee In Serbia, when we want to make a cup of coffee, we use some old method, not filter but something remained from Turkish times. We boil the water (I usually add sugar in cold water), when it starts to boil remove one part, put the coffee (I use 2 teaspoons for a big cup, 2dl), boil few seconds more (some people do it few times, taking care that coffee don`t go out), put the rest of the water back and pour it in cup.
In pubs or cafes we usually drink espresso (with or without milk, regular or double water, regular or double dose of coffee) or ice coffee.
