Those are awesome. As much as I'd like to do something like that, it's expensive enough just keeping the regular old box that we have in one piece. I don't know if our mail woman can't drive, or some kids with ball bats take swings at it just because, but I have to replace it every six months or so. I thought We were done with such shenanigans, because I installed a big ol' heaving stand made out of ibeams and angle iron, but the box is crumpled and swinging around the post again.

....thats a messy snailmail state of affairs Matthew...where is post person going to put all that election mail..hehehe I took a year out a few years ago to work as a postie, so i could be with lil' Ruby when she was born. i worked from 5.am to 1-2pm...it was good.

Here on our farms it is the norm to have electric fences to stop sheep wandering.....my theory is..they are actually set up to stop the mother-in-law getting onto the property..
