QUALIFICATIONS
:
Essencial
: 3 (Three ) years Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Industrial Fish and Fisheries as a
major or vocational subject from a recognized University.
Physical Fitness
: A candidate shall have sound health and good physique, and shall be of active
habits and free from any organic defect or bodily infirmity. A candidate must also be capable of
travelling in remote rural areas by bicycle or motor cycle and must be a good s
wimmer.
Special Conditions
: A candidate selected for direct recruitment shall be deputed for undergoing a
course of departmental training at such Fisheries Training Center as may be decided by the Director
of Fisheries, West Bengal. The ability to tra
vel in rural areas by bicycle or motor cycle and of
swimming will be tested during the training period.
AGE
:
Not more than 35 years on 01.01.2011, relaxable for persons holding substantive appointment
under the
Govt. of West Bengal/ Govt. of India
