Why I feel proud to be a Rajput? Where the sun, moon and stars
focused their eyes, and tuned their ears,
to the battle-fields,
naked swords, shields and spears.
Where the thirst of arid golden land
was quenched by the blood of RAJPOOT warriors
and the sky purified by
the flames of JOHAR's pyres.
The blood irrigated land, resulted
in producing bravest of ever borne.
And their famous and glorious acts
for which they were crowned.
Only the Rajputs is the race of the world
whose defeats could be adore and glorify.
The sons of this blood arid soil,
where their souls lies.
In the battle conditions, when
they reveal their defeats,
All Rajputs young and old, dressed saffron
fought till the last drop, but never show back to the enemy
Great Rajput warriors and kings
studded it with heavenly palaces & forts,
As a symbol of freedom-fighting's against the aggressors
who wanted to rule this land with swords.
Numerous wars and attacks of aggressors, they
fought, to save their freedom and fame,
One's heart will thrill with joy, and
proud to remember the same.
My Motherland Rajputana, is not merely a
passive heir of great past,
but a trustee of rich heritage, culture, an artist's paradise
