IrfanView - Free image viewer, resizer, batch converter and much more
Total Organizer - Organize your daily task
KMPlayer - Best video & audio player
Orbit - All in one downloader
WinMend Folder Hidden - Lock and hide Folder
TeraCopy - Fast copy & paste File
sTabLauncher - Fast dock application shortcut
AVG Anti-Virus - Best antivirus
A-ToolBar - Best browser toolbar
RocketDock-v1.3.5 - Best dock
gamebooster - Boost game speed
Picasa - Good image viewer and uploader

I prefer XnView for image viewing/batch works. I really recommend Inkscape and Paint.NET... both combined together you get a pretty decent graphics package for free.

good list. i use ccleaner, teracopy, rocketdocka and picassa myself.

avast is also a good free antivirus.
VLC player is excellent for videos.
Tweetdeck for twitter.
i recommend inkscape too.
