A little misstake!

summershcool, misstake, museum, church ...

Early this spring I decided to take a summerclass at a local school to learn moore about photo and photoshop. I have looked forward to this for a long time and was really exited last Monday when we took the car and went off to get started.
the Crazy Norwegian had decided to take another class at the same school, to learn to make knifes from the start!He had a fantasic week and have made two beautiful knifes and I will show you later when i is ready with them.he met some people who had the same interests and they had a good time together.
But I really do not know what to say, There I was and nine nice old retired people over 70 with there first digital cameras..... Oh yea! Guess if I was at the wrong place??!! I am not an advanced photograph, and I really really sucks at photoshopping!!!! But here I was a pro, I can tell you!!
Well, I decided to give it a chance and join the group!I stand it for three days, than I gave up!! I usually do not give up, but this was hoopless, but socialy very nice. I did not learn anything but than it was nice to chat and drink coffe, and that I already know!!There where all nice people and I had some lauhgs and I got some shots wich I will show you here.
I talk to the Principle and he understood my dilemma and gave me my money back and everyone was happy. I fighted the weeds in the kithchengarden for the rest of the week!Oh Yea!!
So folks, alway get information before you decide waht to do!!
But, the weather is fantastic, I have got a nice tan and life is just so wonderful when I sit here in my garden with a cold beer and write this to you all!

Second day

The third day we visit the village Skaun.There was a absolutely beautiful old church, build in 1183 by the Catholics in gothic style.It was a marvelous feeling to walk around in it and thnk about old times.The painting at the front of the altar is famous and priceless. It have pictures of the life of Mary. And I also loved the middleage paintings on the walls.
We even visit a small local museum wich showed the old life in the village.

Weekend with friends and horses!

montains, horses, party, weekend ...

This weekend I have had a fabtastic time! My friend Silje are going to get married in August and we had a brideshower for her. Not in the ordinary way. We kidnapped her in the morning and transproted her up in the montains right at the swedish border and got horsebackriding in the montains! We rode on the wonderful strong little horses wich comes from Island And they carried us safely the whole day! We had a very charmy guide called Leif to show us the way.
After the tour we went to a cabin and had a great party the whole night! Lots of laughter and lots to eat and drink!
I must say that the day after was a little bit heavy! Some parts of my poor body felt really hard that I have not been sitting on a horse for ca 2 yaers!
I totally felt in love with my friend and carrier that day "Ljusfaxi" And the whole kind of horse, Islandhorse!
I soon will go back for anoyher ride!!

A tour in my Garden, my Eden, GRANLUND!!!!

tour, vegetables, garden, eden ...

I want to take you on a guided tour in my garden, the best place I know and where ai spend the most of my free time. I love it and it is the artwork of my life wich never get ready. there are always something new I want to do or plant! My dream is a pond, The Crazy Norwegian have an idea to put his old wooden boat in the little valley and fill it with water, and that could work, we will see. And now,lets go....

Inside my Greenhouse, it is full with Tomatoes,Chili, Grapes, Kiwi; Figs,Melons,Cucumber, flowers and of course many babysquash if Ze will come by!!

Norway, national day, party, parade ...

The National Day Of Norway

Yesterday we celebrated the national day of Norway 17 of May!
Norwegiens really know haw to celebrate that day!!!1:beer:

It is the most important day of the year, celebrated by the occation of the new groundlaw, the Norwegien Constitution by 1814, They became free from the Danish and became a real democracy!The democracy wich became the ground for the wealth we have nowadays!Norway is now a hightechnological country,rich by the oil and big in technical development.

They have a absolutely fantastic feeling for the country and the spirit of the norvegien people is true patriotism! It is indeed agreat day of the year. Everybody is happy, nice and no trouble to see anywhere!
They celebrate with parades, music and fun. All societys of sports, music,schools and anything else you can think of are join the parade and party! All people stands by the streets to watch, with flags, national clothing and happy faces!

I love my new country!
