My Operaspeed dial in Opera browser 10

To modify the interface speed dial in Opera browser 10 to put the pictures of Acronyms As in the picture :
1- Find the folder ( thumbnails ) in hard disk C
2- Image processing to be placed as a shortcut to the site 310 * 230 - name.png
3- Copy the name of the shortcut
4- Delete the shortcut that you want to change
5- rename photo
6- Close the browser and restart opera .
