Rental Portal là một nhóm các giải pháp phần mềm nhằm cung cấp 1 hệ thống quản lý các giao dịch thương mại qua môi trường web như xử lý các đơn đặt hàng cho thuê, bán hàng, làm việc và bảo hành / đơn đặt hàng sửa chữa bảo trì. Nó có lịch trình, hàng tồn kho, tài chính và kế toán.

Giải pháp này được cho là phù hợp với nhóm các doanh nghiệp tầm trung, đang sở hữu hoặc mở rộng mạng lưới cho thuê các dịch vụ của mình (bán hàng, làm việc, bảo trì sửa chữa...)

Rental Portal là ứng dụng Web J2EE và được phát triển với Eclipse IDE sử dụng MyEclipse, Unit Test với JUnit,thử nghiệm hồi quy với Selenium và hệ thống báo cáo được phát triển bằng Jasper Reports, test hiệu suất với JMeter.
Rental Portal được phân phối theo giấy phép Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD).
