I am SO happy today. I became a Certified Health Coach which has been one of the certifications I have been 
waiting for! I chose this area because of having practiced as a nurse for so many years; I have wanted to incorporate my medical knowledge with something fun, exciting, and rewarding to do...you know...stress free. Now I can do that. For those of you who read my blog, you understand 2 things about me...the first is that I will never ever work at anything that isn't fun and rewarding...the second thing is that I will never ever work for anyone but myself! Work is a method of self expression; we do it for one third of our lives. I refuse to do anything without passion. Now, I can train people to take good care of themselves and bring them to the point of having more self confidence, self worth, and self respect. Those with these 3 factors will stand tall and act with courage.
