Die thieves!

When Anniken went to the laundry today, which is 1.5 rooms away from our storage area in a way that she has to wall by it on the way, she noticed that the big, fat padlock we bought to secure it had been cut open, and it looked like a big mess in there.

We went down to clean it up, and it seems the burglars have taken:
- The Wii Fit board (but not the game, though).
- A drill.
- A big toolbox full of tools.
- My old (and for that matter useless) laptop with its carrying bag
- Two old video adapters.
- Some more boxes with computer related stuff.

Now look at that. What kind of size must the tool that cut through that have? The cut through metal is about .75 cm in diameter. It's not like it's the scissor you have in your kitchen drawer.

I have put up posters on the entry doors to all houses in the complex and another one at the laundry door. If I get any clues, I'm going straight to the police to lock this son of a bitch up.

New games for my Nintendo DSNumber war.

That sucks..

They nicked my bicycle from the locked cycle rooms at Bjølsen a month ago..

Indeed it sucks to be stolen from. Did you have insurance for your bike? If not you could always consider using those Aftenposten bikes around the city instead, although I am uncertain how they are placed in relation to Bjølsen.

They are not close to Bjølsen at all.. I had to pay 1500 to get the insurance on it.. Anyway I look at it I loose... Well, im on the bus or the tram/subway wherever I go now.. If there could only be some smart way to get from Opera to Blindern :/

Did you have insurance? I guess even if you have you will not get it all back I guess :)

From what I've understood, we had insurance, but the individual share was 3 000,- so I am not sure what we'd gain on getting things back. We'll see...

Opera -> Blindern
1. Walk to Alexander Kiellands plass (or whatever stop is closest to you)
2. Take bus 21 to Bislett
3. Take tram 17 or 18 from Bislett to Universitetet, Blindern.

Should be possible :-)
