New layout!

I have made a new layout. It's darker, more slick and has more shadows. The header is a bit temporary and I will probably add stuff to it later. Most of the blog content should be looking a bit like it should, but there are several bugs:
- Albums, Links, Friends and About does not work as inteneded... at all.
- View blog entry contains a bug with the ending of the fade.
- View blog entry contains a bug with the fade at top. Apparently, the fade is too long.

I see the avatar picture overlapping the left border of the text area.

I would also suggest to make the text bigger.

I think I fixed the avatar issue.

My avatar is much smaller, so I didn't notice it. :-)

I'll try out a design with a smaller font size (11px instead of 12px), just to see how it works out. It'll probably change before too long.
