Thanks to Tamil, whom encouraged me to use the CSS to fix the disclaimer instead of a sticky post! The disclaimer is now back up again using .blogfront #firstpost:before { /* CSS here */ } :-)

Remember that the content: attribute doesn't work in IE. Making a disclaimer with that attribute might not be the smartest thing tho.

True, but it only allows so many checks from the same host per day. Last time I tried a My Opera design I just got an error saying that the limit was hit
