Samhain

With that comes tons of symbolism. Since were celabrateing the past year, we also celabrate and remember the dead, or anyone who has passed on in the year. We pray that they will make a safe journey to the summerlands (our heaven-sort of)and that they have learned, and have had a wonderfull life. Also, we think about what we did in the past year that was good or bad and decide what to carry on for this year.
We also celabrate life, the coming of the new year, and all that is going to happen before us. We set goals for the future, and celabrate the start of life once again. (We beleive in reincarnation.) We think about what from the past we need to quit and what in the future we should continue.
So this Samhain, as every Samhain I set goals. They are:
- Stop thinking everything has to be perfect (even subconciously)
- Let myself accept my own faults. (Life is for learning...)
- Don't regret everything..
- Don't bother trying to be happy with stupid things. Be happy with faith and things that really matter.
- Get math hw done.
So those are my Samhain goals. I really hope they work out. I never seem to be able to finish anything, but I hope I can do this. I hope to keep track of how everything goes this year, here. Since written journals never work out for me. I guess you could call this my BOS, sort of. For part of my life at least.

Anyway, happy news! I've been taking pictures and everything. They should turn out prett awesome. I got a picture of a blueish green flame during science class, and a bunch of my friends. So every month I'll be posting those up. So be on the look out. I'll see ya' later!
