Sometimes I wonder if this generation really is going to ruin everything when they grow up. We've already got names like "The MTV generation". I can just see it now. The future president decides somthing needs to be blown up but than hits somthing else because he can't figure out the hell Canada is.

Oh well, or maybe it's just normal. Parents always seem to presume that the next generation is doomed.

Intentions.This makes me want to cry.

todays parrents has Responsabilitiy to next generation.
Next generation is the result of todays parent.
Parents of today are result of mass production?
media? Fast living? Who knows?

Yea. That could be it. Some people I know just don't expect alot from themselves. Which I think has a lot to do with the parents.

Hey I am a generation ahead of you--I am of the 80s.
The parents generation feel desperate towards us before, saying we are self-serving, and "epicurean",compared to their own suffering of the past. But we survived and make the future of the society anyway.
Don't be worried, every generation is great, I believe.

Another wish to make: may the future president not bother to bomb off others' rooves...Enough bombs to drop.

Yes. I have to hope that bombs become a thing of the past. I don't know. I hope violence becomes limited. I mean as things progress, people start being more educated. Sure we can kill more people quicker, but at the same time it's easier to get in contact with someone on the other side of the world. So it's makes it more human, when you go to war with another country. It's not like your blowing up something inhuman.
