Green spring...

I found some wild green plant. In Serbian we call it - "zelje":
It is very healthy. From zelje you can make: sarmas, stews,... I made soup.

You will be needed: zelje, onion, garlic, milk, salt, oil (I used olive oil).
Method: Cut onion in small pieces and fry until soft. Add water. Cut "zelje" in smaller pieces and put them in the water and cook until it is cooked. Add salt, milk and garlic at the end.
