Taichichuan

Taichichuan is an internal martial art of china. It was founded by Zhang san feng , a taoist monk who went to the forest and analysed the movements of animals and birds. Taichi looks like a graceful dance. It focus on balance and harmony of body , mind and soul. It is also called as Moving meditation. Taichi is now practiced in china, america , england, australia etc... It is now practiced mainly for it's health benefits. It improves our cardiac system and exercises all bone joints of the body.
