BeOS Lives: Haiku Impresses

I would like to point everyone interested in modern operating system to an article on OSNews about current state of Haiku, an open source BeOS implementation. I used original BeOS 5 Personal for some time and was REALLY impressed. Actually it had features and technologies which are still not properly adopted by other operating systems or was implemented only recently. And best of all it was booting in full-blown GUI on hardware of the year 2001 in just 5-10 seconds! That is incredible! Be Inc is dead, BeOS is dead too, so Haiku is the only hope for BeOS fans.
