I bought
Pentax K100D Super DSLR camera and now I'm very happy! A few photos can be seen in my
DeviantArt gallery.
K100D Super is a very good camera for beginers: low-priced and high-quality inside. Well, no, it does not cost 50$, not that cheap (: But 70-100$ cheaper then
Canon 400D. But the best thing is that
K100D Super has stabilizer!
And now I will go to sleep (:

...I wished to change the world somehow. I've become a quite good programmer with a lot of different skills. But while living in this world I realized simple thing - people do not want to become better... I do not want to change this world anymore - no one cares...

This week I thought I just need to watch some movies! I rarely watch anything, but this week was unusual.
First movie was
13 Tzameti. Really interesting one and got me nervous.
Next was
Apocalypto. Mel Gibson is NOT a good director! Movie has a great idea and great realization, but Mel Gibson should only write scenarios. That's my point.
Apocalypto is worth seeing it once. Better in cinema!
And yesterday I watched
Queen of the Damned. A very cool entertaining movie without any philosophy inside. Not the best movie about vampires, but I don't regret watching it.
Also this week I was working on
xmp-scrobbler plug-in and realized that C/C++ and strings are not made to work together. Sometimes I want to kill Stroustrup and everyone connected...

I'm a bit fucked up... Three days I'm getting home at 2 AM arriving at work at about 10:00 - 11:30 AM. Little mistake in deadline calculation and I need to work a lot overtime. But I'm happy! I'm creating a very sophisticated caching code for one local site. This is my first experience in that way and it works great! Still some bugs should be fixed and a lot of features should be implemented, but two thirds of brainfuck is done in... three overtimed days (: That's cool!
The only bad thing is that I do not own a car yet, so I'm getting home by Taxi every night. And I've found very cheap one (: If You are going to Riga then You can ask for their phone number.

Finally I've received my
notebook, so development of
widgets will continue this weekend. Another nice thing is that now I'm writting mobile game reviews to local IT newspaper called
Digital Times. I'm writting rare articles about new technology for them more then two years and now it is time to get personal section (:
