" I'am starting to exercise!
You can't see me or feel me yet, but i am already moving and waving my arms and legs. I can wrinkle my forehead and twitch my lips, and suck my thumb too.
Am i a boy or a girl?
My genitals are visible, my ears and eyes are formed - in fact i look like a proper baby.
I can hear you!
I love that music you were playing earlier. I also enjoyed it when you were stroking oil onto your tummy. But i didn't like the light shinning on me when you were standing in front of the lamp!"

17 - 24 weeks
" ccps, i have hiccups!
sorry, i'm bumping you every time i hic! can you feel me? acctually it's great in here and i spent a lot of time moving around, stretching, turning head over heels. Then when i'm tired i go to sleep. It often lulls me to sleep whenyou are moving around - and when you sit down quietly or go to sleep i wake up."

25 - 32 weeks

" Sory, did i kick you?
It's getting a bit short of spacein here, so sometimes i get my foot stuck under your ribs. ooh, i can hear you laughing because you can see my knee moving across your tummy! i'm only getting myself comfortable, you know, curling up with my arms and legs crossed.
I'm just going to suck my thumb and have a little rest now. i think you should have one too, mummy; you've been so busy getting my nursery ready."
