Deepblue Shell- Moon to the West River

~*~
I leave the tree under the bright moonlight
Startling a perched magpie,
In a midnight breeze sings a summer insect.
They're telling a tale of good harvest amidst the smell of blooming rice,
In the night air crisp songs of frogs stretch.
~*~
Several stars shining up the sky,
A few raindrops falling down the mountainside.
Next to the woods stands a cottage of old times-
It unexpectedly emerges behind a corner upon a river bed.
