I decided to clear my 4gb (cue laughter) mp3 player tonight and start from scratch. (In the beginning, I was using a directory structure like the good old days... But it's not needed and actually can cause it to mess up.) I scribbled all the stuff I wanted to put back on there on this notepad. Clicky clickly to see the list. There's a lot of awesome shorthand involved.
P.S. Clearing it is a lot easier than putting all the mp3s back on.
P.P.S. The amazon.com mp3 downloader is actually pretty neat and non-invasive. (*cough* Not like iTunes... *cough*)
