My OperaA Misleading dream !!

The king has a dream of swaziland achieving a first world status, here are some of the requirements the country should have to achieve that dream.
1 Abundant minerals / raw materials
2 Availability of secondary industries to utilise the raw materials
3 unemployment and poverty should be at their lowest levels
4 Human resource should be imported where possible
5 Low Hiv/Aids prevalance
6 sound education system
7 sound health system
8 freedom of press
9 political dialogue
10 democratic government.
Just imagine how Swaziland will achieve that dream without this 10 things above . This is a misleading dream , you should also have this in mind that even South Africa is not a first world country ,It took AMERICA 35 years to achieve this, then imagine Swaziland achieving this in 10 years ??
