My Memory of a Great Soldier

My father was a proud member of the United States Army during WWII.
I was proud to have a brave and courageous man lead me in a Christian way of life.

On this Memorial Day, I remember him, his service and his life.

I remember the thousands who died before him, who gave their all for my freedoms.

I remember the thousands who died for life, liberty and the rights we hold so dear.

I also remember the thousands after him who have given freedom a fighting chance where liberty had no chance.

Let’s not forget, fore if we do, we have lost everything.
