Things I Said Today
Saturday, 26. May 2007, 19:10:59
I said Chipper Jones hit seven home runs last night.
I said Florida has changed its name to Mickey Land.
I said I won the state lottery.
Because I said these things, they must be true even though I am not an expert on baseball, even though I know nothing about Florida legislature and even though I do not play the lottery.
Miss Rosie O'Donnell said, “I just want to say something. 655,000 Iraqi civilians are dead”
Miss Rosie O'Donnell said “I’m saying that if you are in Iraq and another country, the United States, the richest in the world, invaded your country and killed 655,000 of your citizens, what would you call us?”
Miss Rosie O'Donnell said “I do believe it is the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel. I do believe that it defies physics for the World Trade Center Tower Seven, building seven, which collapsed in on itself, it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved, World Trade Center Seven. World Trade Center One and Two got hit by planes. Seven, miraculously, for the first time in history, steel was melted by fire. It is physically impossible.”
Because Miss Rosie O'Donnell said these things, they must be true even though she is not an expert on Iraq census, even though she is not an expert on military strategy and even though she is not an expert in chemistry.
Opinions are many and I encourage people to have an opinion, but to represent your opinion as fact without the expertise to back it up is just wrong.
More about why Miss Rosie O'Donnell is wrong.
Good bye Rosie.

My son served in the US Marines in Iraq AND I personally know of a family whose son was killed in action in Iraq. As far as I am concern, she literally spit on this young mans grave and in my sons eye with her moronic statements.
I remember a quote by Marine Fribley before he went to Iraq in 2003. Let me provide a short background history then I will quote the Marine.
"We will not forget that in the battles in Iraq, Marine Lance Corporal David Fribley of Warsaw, Indiana, was killed near Nasiriyah by Iraqi soldiers who pretended to surrender - but then opened fire. Lance Corporal Fribley made the ultimate sacrifice to free the Iraqi people and to eliminate a key sponsor of terror."
Prior to leaving for boot camp, Fribley wrote his co-workers a thank-you letter. The following was taken from Fribley’s letter.
"The greatest gift one can give to another is the gift of service. I do not know who said this but I’ve heard this saying before. The following is my gift to you; may I honor you and our fellow countrymen and women. I will earn the privilege to wear Eagle, Globe and Anchor for all those that cannot. With all the strength of my fellow Marines, we shall always provide you with the comforting feeling of safety that you have each day."
These are the men and women who serve in our Armed Forces and these are the people she so loathly speaks of. I have nothing but contempt for her and her kind.

As my wise mother always said, "consider the source."
The O'Donnel person has always had her wires crossed. I think she short circuited herself!

2) Chipper spends more time on the DL than in the lineup!
3) I think I'm gonna friend you now, if for nothing else than the Trucker Speak lessons, lol.
