MEHRINGENTORTE:::::Das ist witzig. Ich meine diese Biskuits.Das sie hier erscheinen.Habe schon bei Facbook gefragt ob jemand schon so eine Torte gemacht hat. Hier heißen sie Eklair oder Baiser.Und vor einiger Zeit las ich in einem alten Kochbuch das Rezept einer Torte die nur aus drei Teilen bestand. Ich war ungläubig und las.Sie heißt Mehringentorte und wird tatsächlich eine Torte. Man spritzt das Eiweis in drei Teilen und nach dem Trocknen legt man alle aufeinander und füllt den Rest Sahne hinein. Lieben gruß an Euch,Pam
