BREAKFAST

Breakfast is very important. When we sleep, we don't eat for long time and in the morning it's important to start the day with a good breakfast. Without breakfast we often feel hungry later in the monrning and start eating biscuits or chocolate. These sugary snack are not a good idea.(If you want a healthy snack, try some nuts or melon).
