Here is the link to my most recent blogging and photography work
http://brmimaging.blogspot.com/ , also check out my Photography website at
http://www.brmimaging.com/ . I had a busy streak for a while and was loving it !!! I have been shooting test shoots and portfolio images for a Boston Model Agency. Ive been taking freelance assignments from jewelry designers, fashion designers, and musicians ! And I have been really trying to learn all that I can about the business side of photography, which is much more complicated than one might think. I just finally got some direct mailing peices printed and have to decide were to send them. I want to just do it Vegas style and go into the city and drop them all over the sidewalk

But I guess posting on the Starbucks board is more sane. Oh yeah Im going to PARIS !!!!!!!!!!!! Going to be learning from a great fashion photographer Steven Silverstein ! its an eleven day trip and I cant wait to see the images that come from it ! I have a feeling this trip is going to open my eyes and open new ways of thinking and new posibilities ! and im just so unbeleivably ready !!!!
On that note, here are some recent pictures that are my favorites

These three are from a shoot with my favorite model Sabina !

I just loved watching these flowers go from sticks of death to beautiful colorful shapes filled with life, striving toards the sun. I hope that I can live my life like a flower and always make a come back and shine brighter than before everytime.

art, fun, decoration, cars

So I have been thinking alot about how in ancient, and colonial history every item people made or owned was decorated, personalized and one of a kind. So much thought was put into the most simple everyday items such as intricate hair brush, furniture, and fabrics. The world has sped up so fast, and mass production has really sucked the individuality out of everyday items. Wouldnt it be more fun to shop for kitchen appliances or towels if every one, was unique and could express personality. Well I found some artists who's work is bringing back the details and redecorating our world. I really love their work and thought you might too.

Here is a project called "Two Pillars" by an artist named Friedhard Kiekeben who helped make Chicago a more beautiful city by adding some decoration to what would normally be an ugly freeway pillar. We need more of this. More of his work can be found at

Here is a woman who decorates/paints vintage furniture and sells it. I love how she takes out dated items and makes them desirable again. The best art is art that gives something a second life, we need more of this and less waste.

This is an LA print artist who uses traditional mexican designs mixed with a skater type vibe and creates art on wheels. How cool would it be to have a car like this, worth much more than a beamer id say.

I am working on a Converse commercial in one of my classes right now and I love how many different designs you can get, so many artists have jumped in on the Converse take over and created custom designs, they are more like gallery peices than shoes. I deffinitly want to go get a pair and start marking them up and see what I can come up with. Theres something exciting about creating art that you can wear and take with you everywhere. I think of it as a semi permanent tatoo.
P.S. Heres a little drawing i did earlier of a local coffee shop owner here. If you are ever in Boston check out Capitol Coffee House its awesome
