Since I hate to waste food I decided to make banana muffins for breakfast today as I had 2 very ripe looking bananas hanging around. I found this great and simple recipe on here http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Banana-Muffins-II/Detail.aspx and they are/were very yummy tasting. Mine came out a bit flat, but I'm blaming the baking dish I used to make them for that...the main thing was that they tasted great and nothing got wasted
