My Opera needs to be more like Blogger!

I mean, they should merge, because Blogger is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY more customizable in terms of coding (it uses an XML Widget system!!!), but the reason I stick with My Opera is because of the social-networking part. In Blogger, it's very hard to promote a blog about daily life...but an upside is that you can have an [almost] unlimited amount of blogs. I mean, I'm not putting My Opera down or anything, but Blogger is more open...It's easier to code in XML and HTML than just CSS...
Also, I'd appreciate it if someone would tell me what API My Opera uses so that I can use a external blogging software to blog here.
