I'll be moving in by the end of this month!! I'M *EXCITED!*

Though...will you carry the television and your console inside everytime? I mean...what if it rains at an angle. It probably depends on the size of the balcony I guess.

Anyhow, it really sounds like fun. I wish I had a balcony. I had the option between two apartments. The one had a balcony, but the one I chose had so many other advantages.

Did it have a dishwasher? Mine does NOT have a dishwasher...but it does have a big window and a balcony! It's the right size for portable gaming, not a whole console P: That's be total craziness!
