Sky smiling

Today riding in the car from work, I saw a very unusual for this place appearance of sun. I took a picture and for me it looks like a cat smiling. And for you? It was raining today from time to time, I think there is something like a Rainbow on the photo as well, and something else on the left eyebrow. What do you think is it?
