Or, The Project a=our group put a lot of effort into, btu didn't get much in results. You see, today I went with some other members in my group to film a movie for a Freshman Honors English Project on a Chapter from Homer's The "Odyssey". We all got to the house and began immediatly shooting; Unfortnately, we screwed up a lot and ended up with a camcorder full of blooper footage. I think after about two hours of filming, we wound up with about a little under three minutes of footage. After I came back home today, we played a game of Manhunt(Basicly an outside game of Hide and Go Seek with Teams), but the children in this neighborhood are either very wimpy and don't want to anger others for fear of lost friendship, or they're wimpy and change the rules of the game because they can't handle losing. I got mad while we were playing the game because we gave th other team a good mintue of time before we went to find them, and when it was their turn, they only gave us about half of that amount, because they were sore losers.
Sorry, had to blow off some steam there.
Anyway, the rest of the day wasn't very interesting, as so far, the only other place I've been today is school, and nothing really interesting happened there.
So, I guess that's it for today's post, I'll most likely add something tomorrow as well.
Oh yeah forgot to add todays mood: Feeling Musicly Interested Right Now
Jus letting you guys know know I havn't forgot the blog, and that I should be updating it more frequently now that I have gotten my school priorities in order (I'll talk about that later). Anyways, I've redesigned the blog to match the flow of my FaceBook page.
Hey everyone, finally back from my big Christmas Break, and boy was it a big Christmas. I don't feel like posting anymore right now, but stay tuned for my New Years Resolutions!
EDIT: I got an E-Mail from the nice folks at Opera asking me to remove my player due to the Player eating away at their Bandwith, so just look at my videos at my profile on youtube.
Dear everyone, I'm sorry I havn't been able to post in a while. These past few weeks have been a blur of trips and a ton of schoolwork. To top it off, I've been home with the flu for a few days too, and I've been feeling horrible. Anyways, check my YouTube profile and my photos for a recap of my San-Fran trip! You should get a laugh or two!
Mood: Getting ready to go.............. So yeah, in a couple of minutes we'll be going to San Francisco on a little outing. It should be fun, and don't be surprised if I update my youtube videos with some new ones from today's trip. And yesterday I finally got all 120 Stars in Super Mario Galaxy. All I can say is, go get it..............now.....
Oh yeah, this is a little chat room I added to my blog that I will include in some upcoming posts, you don't need to sign up for an account to se it, just click "Continue as guest", and type away!
No mood today, I don't feel like it............. Well, this week has been very busy. Because of having next week off because of Thanksgiving, we have a ton of homework and assignments due. Now, normally that wouldn't be a problem, but Super Mario Galaxy came out and I have been very distracted. It's an awesome game, and I've been having a blast on it. In other news, I got a youtube account and am starting a VLog. For my first post, I have posted a video showing me run through a Super Mario Galaxy level, The Good Egg Galaxy, which in my opinion, is the best one of them, mainly because of it's music and great level design. You can view it below:
Please keep in mind that I captured the footage using a very low quality camera, so my voice may sound really high pitched and weird (It's really not like that)as well as a bit muffled and the screen may look blurry. Just deal with it. I'm taking a trip to San-Francisco next week for some sight-seeing, so expect some good posts coming up.
So yeah, I got my contacts two days ago, and let me say, the world looks so much better, like watching a regular tv all your life, and suudenly switching to an HD one. Everything looks so sharp and crisp and beautiful, it's hard to believe it's all real. I love to just stop what I'm doing, and just look at the trees and the leaves. But besides that, I have three day weekind this week, and Super Mario Galaxy happens to be coming out, and I have the day off from school....I love my life.............
Oh yeah, please comment to my posts, it's kind of boring thinking that people are looking at my blog, and arn't even letting me know they're looking...
So yeah, this week is full of homework and parent teacher conferences.... The only brightside is that I get out at 11:20 A.M. Super Mario Galaxy is Coming out too, so I have something else to look forward to this week. But other than that, it doesn't look like much is happening....I feel mellow and bored right now.... I've really got to find something to do.................. Anyone got any ideas? Well, anyways, I've got to go get my dinner. I'm starving right now. Well, anyways, I'll post something new soon. I promise.
So yeah, sorry about not posting at all during the weekdays this week. My life has been super busy with Halloween and Schoolwork. Let's start with some stuff about Haloween. First off, my costume, If I get the chance to upload the pics of it, you'll see what it is. Let me assure you, It's an awesome costume. Second, my Schoolwork. I have been getting a landslide of home work lately, not to mention a story assignment by my Journalism class at school. My School has a Radio Jazz Band, and I had to go down to the Performing Arts Theatre where they were playing. I had to write up a story and take pictures as well, so it was pretty tough. There wern't many exciting updates in the world of Video Games. Not even the updates on the Smash Bros Site were very interesting. But Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games and Super Mario Galaxy are coming out soon, so I'm looking forward to that. Anyways, tell me how you all are doing! Just reply in my comments section. You don't have to sign up or anything to comment either!
So yeah, I just got back from the World's Largest Corn Maze According to Guiness World Records, and unlike yesterday's trip, it was very fun and exciting. I went to it with my mom and her friends as well as her seven year old son. It was very exciting and I lead our little group through the whole maze. I also had a lot of good photos which got added to my album. Go check em' out! So tell me about your favorite trip in the comments thread of this post!
So yeah.... I just got back from this trip to some Apple Orchards. I took a few pics of it which you can view in the Photos Section of my Blog. Here's my problem though, we spent about six hours on this trip, and we spent less than two hours actually outside the car. Most of the time, we were just driving around......It was mainly very boring. So my question to you is: How do you deal with Boring Trips? What was the most boring trip you've ever had? Respond in the comments section below this post!
Hey people. As most of you know, I've been trying to set up a blog for quite a while now, but havn't been able to do so due to a lack of information on who's service to use. But I finally made my decision to use Opera, as it looks like they offer the material I want for blogging. Anywho, for those of you don't already know me, my name is Jeremy Hinen. As of the date of this writing, I am Fifteen, and I am a Freshman attending Vacaville Christian High School and I live on Travis Air Force Base. I am starting this blog mainly so all my friends (I have so many:p) can see what I'm up to. So this blog will mainly feature my interests on current events, stuff going on in my life, and some stuff about software and videogames(Because I'm obsessed:left:). Oh yeah, by the way, you can expext this blog to be updated regularly, unlike the other internet projects I've done, and expect lots of links to FaceBook, as that is where I host all my pictures. You can probably expect another blog post again today, as I am going to an Apple Orchard in the Mountains today, and I'll probably get around to uploading some pics of it.
P.S. I attached this picture of me taken two months ago at a God-Forsaken piece of land in Arizona that a huge metorite hit. This is like one of the few pictures I have that look really good, and I don't look completely retarded.
