This is the story about my weekend adventures. Two days before I was sitting at home and surfing the web and saw a very interesting advertisement, saying that this weekend, more precisely put -- on the night of 21/22 June -- the shortest night of the year -- there will be a photo competition, called "night photo-race". I asked to my friends and their answer was -- of cource, we're IN!
So we filled the application form and started the race...
To say "it was a very interesting night with cool photo-adventures" -- means to say nothing! This was really good experience in making photos using your fantasy, nay, making photos ad interim!!!
Here please let me explain the rules a bit: photo-race means that you need to take pictures accordingly to your own set of tasks/topics, which you get at the start-line. This time rules have been changed and there was special task-list for all competitors: matrix 5 by 5, where rows -- places, where you must take your pics, and columns -- description of tasks, names of your pics. But you have to complete 5 cells -- place+topic -- and provide 5 photos at finish. But I have to pay your attention to the fact why this competition is called "race" -- this means that you have to take your photos as quick as possible to finish without demerit points.
Here I want to show you only one photo from 5 we've made that night. And only because a) I really like it b) this photo took the 1st prize in it's category.
So... name: "Master of the darkness", place: the Cathedral of the Redeemer, Moscow, Russia.
