It has been years since I make wallpaper. Last day,
Amakusa posted two pictures from
Lucky Star anime on
id-anime mailing list, so I just try to make some unofficial wallpaper for
BlankOn Linux community.
Anyway, thanks to rendered transparent background images by
ElderKain. It really helps me a lot and save my time.

So far as I know, in Indonesia, the problems occured when using im3 or Quasar (XL) sim card.
On windows,
Right Click "My Computer" -> "Properties" -> "Device Manager" -> Select your modem, either is using bluetooth or Cable data -> then point to advanced -> Put +CGDCONT=,,”” on the box. Enjoy your dial.
On linux,
Scan your modem using wvdial, and edit your wvdial.conf. On Init2, which normaly
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 , add +CGDCONT=,,””.
For example :
[Dialer Default]
Modem = /dev/ttyACM0
Baud = 57600
Init1 = ATZ
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +CGDCONT=,,”"
Init3 = o
Area Code =
Phone = *99***1#
Username = yourusername
Password = yourpassword
Ask Password = 0
Dial Command = ATDT
Stupid Mode = 1
Compuserve = 0

Auto DNS = 1
Then, sudo wvdial all the way..
