Thanks for including my list in your list. Just thought I'd point out, though, that there's a bunch of other ways you can use it as well as in the urlfilter.ini format. One way that works directly with Opera is as a Proxy AutoConfig file (proxypac):
but you can also use it as a config file for a local nameserver, with your Linksys router's dnsmasq daemon, or just as a hosts file (amongst other ways). There's details on the main page (above), and a list of all the formats available for hostnames here:
(There's also a bunch of ways of viewing the reverse IP addresses for the ad servers in the list of hostnames, and an RSS feed, and some related tools and stuff.)
JFYI!
cheers,
- pgl

I used to use Opera almost exclusively, now only rarely. I still update and have installed up to Opera 10 alpha, which is the version most used when I use Opera. The reason I use Opera only rarely? Firefox Adblock Plus. Simple, easy to install, easy to use, easy to update, and very effective. If only Opera could have the same... I actually miss using Opera, it was a delight. It stops pop-ups as well as Firefox, but too many ads on some of the sites I like to use and not as effective as FF at stopping them.
Just my 2 penny worth.
