These are my custom urlfilter.ini files to use either alone or along side My Ad Blocking CSS.

About the versions;

Full - This is the recommended version. Contains all ad servers, trackers, annoyances I currently know about.
No Trackers - As full without any statistics services being blocked.

Download - No Trackers Version

Both files are updated regularly.

How To Use: Save your chosen version as urlfilter.ini in your Opera profile directory.
