David Blomstrom's page

About me

I was born and raised in West Dakota, spent four years in the Navy, then studied ecology at WWU in Bellingham, Washington. I spent several years living back and forth between Washington State and Alaska until I wound up teaching school in Seattle. It was there that I became politically active, about five years before George W. Bush stole the White House.

I still love nature, travel and other fun things, but I'm very much obsessed with political reform, which pretty much translates into survival these days. I'm running for public office and am using my campaign to support Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. I'm also on the offensive against Microsoft and recently launched the website www.browsers-101.com, to promote quality web browsers.

My work

I worked as a wildlife biologist in Alaska for several years, then spent sixteen years teaching school in Seattle until I was laid off after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. After being unemployed for a couple years, I found work in the mail industry (U.S. Post Office and UPS). But I'm trying to earn money from my websitse.
