Making a soap
Friday, 17. March 2006, 06:49:50
Sometimes I have made hand-made soap.
It is not difficult .But only to use caustic soda should be careful.
I always use olive oil,jojoba oil,coconuts oil,sweet almond oil.
Those are more and more mild to skin than the soap in the shop.
I can use it for hair face and body. So when I travel,I bring only this soap.
It is very easy.
I changed synthetic detergent to normal soap that made from rice-bran.
It is better than I thought.
I love delicious water. I like to drink many kinds of water.
I feel Japanese water is sweeter than other countries.
ah but I only drank Evian , Volvic or other major imported water.
So if there is delicious water, please tell me.I list it up,and someday I will visit there.
I want to keep water (river, sea,..)clean.
I'm not sure if not using synthetic detergent is effective on water, but
maybe good?

Osino Hakkai, near Mt,Fuji, one of my favorite water.

I love the picture.
I've never made a soap, but it sounds interesting.
Do you also make soy-milk lotions too?
My favourite mineral water is this one, with a dash of lemon.

When I looked there on the book,it looked very very blue.
Just like beautiful drawing.

Well, we do appreciate the possibility to drink the water directly from the faucet. But more people are starting to buy bottled water, but nothing like it's done in other countries.
It's nice that you take your time to read about other countries - I ofcourse know about Japan, but did you know about Denmark before you read about it?
I for example know that your Capital is Tokyo with appx. 26 million inhabitants, right?
I guess it's common knowledge

きれいでしょ!日本に来たときはぜひ、行ってみてください。お勧めです。
Hi! bEnnOx

I like the water from France, as VOLVIC (very good but expensiv) or VITTEL and I do drink a lot of this.
The photo in your post is soooo beautiful; we don't have such beautiful places in Germany.
Greetings
Elke

I don't believe bottled water is needed unless the tap water is polluted or poisoned in some way - most of those bottles end up in the ground as waste after they've been transported thousands of miles (particularly if Evian ends up in Japan!).
My admiration is due for your homemade soap. It's something I will try too.

You had a class last week! I'd like to attend your class someday, aah but it would be tooooo difficult for me..
Yes,I agree with you very much. My city have a system that every house
put their household waste in front of the house. Refuse collection vehicles gather them .I can see many plastic bottles at every house.
I hope the water of Tokyo will be delicious like scottish water near future.
I have been to Edinburgh once,I remember the water and air was very refreshing!!
