Takoyaki party

Yesterday ,I went to my friend's house and had Takoyaki party.
Takoyaki looks small ball of wheat-flour,small piece of octopus in the middle of it.

We had wine and beer, and chatted for a long time.
When I came beck home,it was 12am!

But I didn't remember after 11pm. I lost my memory.
I hope I didn't behave badly.
When I woke up this morning,I found "onigiri-rice ball" around my husband's pillow.
It looked like an offering.
I asked him why this onigiri was here.
He said I made it and put it.
I don't remember.

Takoyaki seems very tastefull!!!!Would like to prove it!!!

Ohh, it look delicious. I want to make one, but you cannot get fresh Octopus in England. Last time I made it with Spanish octopus marinated in Olive oil...it tasted a bit ??? So I ate it with a lot of ginger and Tonkatsu sauce

Your story made me smile, reminds me of how my wife likes to cook after she has been drinking and does not remember what she cooked.

Sometimes it is good, sometimes it goes to the dogs...

Hi! present day
mm,maybe not traditional but popular food in Japan,especially the Kansai area where Hippo1023 lives.I think he is professional Takoyaki maker.

No,I didn't get any hang over.Just no memory...
But today I asked her about my behavior,I was relieved that she didn't know I was drunk!
She comes from Nara prefecture.She is good at making Takoyaki!!

Octopus marinated in olive oil! Maybe a bit different but it seems delicious too.Ginger! ! I will try it the next time.It seems good for health!

The Simpsons? It is an american cartoon which is very popular in England, you can buy the merchandise everywhere. It's shown at prime-time, 6pm so I guess it is a family show...To me it's relaxing, because they make fun of things you wouldn't really think about. :S

My son likes Sympsons,but we rarely can find those DVD at rental shop.
It is a bit differnt from Japanese family show "Sazae-san"
