About me

My Name is Ian Conklin

I am 25 years young and a History teacher. I receiver my B.A. degree from Temple University in 2006 as a History Major with a European Military and US Foreign Policy track along with a Minor in Anthropology with a Archaeology track. I have been involved with the 4th Company Brigade of Guards and the 23rd of Foot Royal Welsh Fusiliers. I also am the Assistant Coach for the Hibernian High School Rugby Football Club, and I will be playing for Div.1 Media RFC or Schuylkill River Exiles spring/Fall 2008. Huge Manchester United Fan! "Glory, Glory, Man United!" As far as Rugby is concerned my Team is England and S. Africa in the Tri-Nations.

I love to travel and I have been to England, France, and Italy back in the summer of 2000. I really want to go back to England and Italy while adding Norway, Denmark, Holland, Iceland, Greece and Germany to the list. Japan is one of the most exotic destinations I would love to visit and hopefully will get that chance soon.

I really enjoy beer for all the right reasons! The beers that I have been drinking lately have been Hoegaarden, Delirium Nocturnum & Tremens, Boddingtons, Tetley's, Guinness, and Old Speckled Hen.

As far as Liquor is concerned... Absinthe still is the best way to get tipsy!

I really love video games and the video game industry as a whole... well I am a history nerd who likes great beer, expensive boos, and video games....that means I have a saving throw of 5!
