Questions of a shattered shadow

What do you want to write, poet? Do you want to write about the infinite trivialities of human life? Or the immensity and enormity of the universe? What is it that you die to write? What is it that makes you want to live and observe and learn? Are you a dreamer or a dreamt one? What is it that makes you marvel and sigh, despair and cry with all the intensity of the world? Tell me poet, what is it that you want from this life which is like a drop of water in this ocean of time, from this earth which is nothing but a grain of sand lost in the expansion of the cosmos.

A tool has a use; a slave has a use. A being is larger and deeper than use.

I want the entire ocean! I want the cosmos!
(Thank you for your kind comment in my blog. I'm sorry it has taken me so long to respond.)
