Good friend and a skitty day!

Sometimes a day is not what it should be. A old fishing friend of me (a Danish who lived in Norway) added me as a friend on facebook, and he told me that for over a year he fought cancer that the doctors say that they can not cure. 70% is gone in chemotherapy but the treatment now is just a extension of life. A skitty day!

I'm sorry to hear that. My father died of cancer when he was 41, so I know how deeply that can affect everyone around the patient.

Yes its a terrifying disease. I`v lost both my parents and about 10 friends in this damed ting. But there is always a hope, so its all about too keep the hope going, and who knows, maybe a miracle can happen. anyway some money is dripping in, so hopefully he can go and try some alternative treatment.

I am so sorry to hear that! I've ever read an article with the title is "Sentenced to death", It's about a little girl, she has been suffered from leukaemia since she was 6 years old, but her family didn't have enough money to treat for her, because the treatment was too expensive, and her local health had refused to pay for it! I don't know How her life will be, but it's so pity for a little child! not only her and your friend but also many other people have the same that problem!

This year 2009 is ending,and the New Year 2010 is coming, happy new year and the best wishes to all of u! I hope in the near future people will have cheaper, better way of treatment for cancer!
