happy Teachers Day to all my friends and my teacher whom used to teach me all kind of knowledge .. since I was kindergarten till I'm now becoming a Teacher. I now know that being a teacher is not as easy as it may seems. It need lots of knowledge and responsibilities and great experiences and we need to be patience all the time especially when we are facing such a naughty child and need to learn psychology because every child has a different style and way of live. So, as a teacher we must be professional in teaching them and also what's special is .. we'll have an exciting moment each day with them =D

Facilitators for the workshop included Ong Lee Suan and Ismail bin Hj Julaihi from PAP Hjh Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Secondary School, Mohd Zamri bin Hj Ismail from Sayyidina Hasan Secondary School, Eddy Fazlin bin Hj Amdan from Department of Schools and Hj Suhaili bin Hj M Yusof from the Curriculum Development Department.

Ugama Teachers Attend Tazkirah Function

Jalan Tutong - The Islamic Studies Department of the Ministry of Religious Affairs yesterday morning held a Tazkirah function at the hall of Maktab Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan in Jalan Tutong. The function was attended by 437 officers and trained teachers who had started work from 2005 onwards.

Ustazah Hjh Kasmah Hj Siput, the Director of Islamic Studies Department, in her speech appealed to all teachers to take care of their image and not to shirk from their responsibilities. She also encouraged them to increase their knowledge in many subjects, especially those related to the teaching profession.

Ustazah Hjh Fatimah Hj Abd Ghani, the Assistant Director, presented a talk on the structure of the department and general working regulations, while a talk entitled Kerja Sebagai lbadah was presented by Ustazah Hjh Norjainah Hj Buntar. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
